The Virtual Law Office of Eric P. Cohen @ New Business Now.com is the online law office of Eric P. Cohen, Barrister & Solicitor.  We practice solely in the area of business law, specifically focusing on the start-up needs of entrepreneurs and small businesses.  

Our philosophy is that legal services can be provided efficiently and cost effectively when technology is utilized to its fullest extent.  To this end, we offer online legal services to both allow our clients to purchase simple legal services quickly and easily, and to contact us at their leisure 24 hours per day.  Direct telephone consultation with a lawyer is also available during business hours.

Eric Cohen graduated from the Queen's University Faculty of Law in 1997.  He is licensed to practice law in the Province of Ontario and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.  Eric has worked in the area of incorporations and business law since his call to the bar in February 1999.  In addition, Eric has over ten years of operations management experience with a major international entertainment company.

Incorporation and business registration services offered on our website are provided by a LAWYER entitled to practice law in the Province of Ontario.  Lawyers must adhere to high standards of professional conduct, including solicitor-client confidentiality and they must maintain errors and omissions insurance for their work.	Most other online incorporation providers are paralegal firms who may be unlicensed, unregulated, and possibly uninsured.
We provide free access to lawyers by phone or email, and we are able to provide specific legal advice where required. (Free access to lawyers may be time-restricted.)	Paralegal firms are not permitted to provide legal advice under any circumstances.
We provide clear, upfront pricing for all services on this website.  No hidden charges for shipping & handling are added to any orders.  Pricing options for expedited shipping are clearly marked as additional costs.	Many other incorporation providers add shipping costs to their final pricing without disclosing these additional costs in their advertised prices.
All documentation is fully completed based on client information.  We tailor all documents to your needs and do not provide you with blank forms which you need to fill in later.	Many online incorporation providers provide sample blank documents which must be completed by the client on their own.
All "Complete" incorporation packages include an Attache Minute Book System and Markmaker Seal.  These items are durable, of high quality and allow for all corporate records and supplies to be maintained in one professional package.	Many online incorporation providers only include a standard binder and pocket seal with their packages.
