Our Ontario Incorporation packages provide you with an Ontario Corporation incorporated pursuant to the Ontario Business Corporations Act.  An Ontario Corporation has the right to carry on business anywhere within the Province of Ontario under its registered corporate name.  In order for such a corporation to carry on business in any other Canadian province or territory, it must first register in that other jurisdiction as an "Extra-Provincial" Corporation.  If you are planning to operate your company in a number of provinces, or across Canada, a Federal (Canada) Incorporation may be a better option.
