These packages provide you with a not-for-profit corporation incorporated under the Corporations Act (Ontario).   A not-for-profit corporation is similar to a for-profit or business corporation as it is considered a legal person with an independent existence separate and distinct from its members.  The main difference between a for-profit and not-for-profit corporation is the ability to distribute profits.  In a not-for-profit corporation any profit must be retained within the corporation and cannot be distributed to the members.  

Ontario not-for-profit Corporations have the right to carry on business anywhere within the Province of Ontairo under its registered corporate name.  If you are planning to operate your corporation in a number of provinces, or across Canada, a Federal Not-For-Profit Incorporation may be a better option.

We offer four types of Ontario non-profit Incorporation Packages at competitive prices.  The Standard Package is meant for incorporators who do not require registration as a Canadian charity and who will use standard pre-approved objects. The Charitable Package is designed for incorporators who require both a non-profit corporation using pre-approved objects and charitable registration with Revenue Canada.  The custom packages include custom drafted objects.
