New Business uses a variety of encryption and security technologies to protect information transmitted and stored in our computer systems from unauthorized loss, misuse or alteration.  Your information is encrypted before being sent to our server using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) one of the most advanced online encryption systems available.  The information remains encrypted until it reaches our server.  It is then re-encrypted before being transferred to our staff's computers.  All of our staff's computer hard drives are also encrypted, and protected with password/biometric authentication so that in the event of unauthorized loss of a physical computer, any data on the hard drive will be protected and secure.

All of our business operations and servers are located in Canada.  Your personal information is always protected by Canada's strong privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and our internal Privacy Policy.
