Legalized Copy of Government Documents

New Business Now.com will obtain a legalized copy of your organization's government issued incorporation documents so that they can be used for official purposes outside of Canada (ie. to open a corporate bank account in a country other than Canada).

As Canada is not a signatory to the Hague Convention, apostilles are not available.  In order to use Canadian documents in a foreign country, the documents must be authenticated and legalized in Canada.  This generally involves a three step process of certification by the incorporating authority, authentication by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, and then super-authentication by the embassy/consulate of the foreign country in which the documents are to be used.

Costs and timelines vary for this service.  Once you identify the particular country required for legalization purposes, we will contact you with a custom quotation and timeline for completion.
